The danger with "starting Monday" is, that, when you fall off the wagon let's say on Wednesday, "starting Monday" is the excuse to let it slide 'til next Monday! There is one "how to" book that I have started to use as my day-to-day "operating manual". It's the Grandfather of them all and acknowledged as such by all relevant Self Improvement Coaches: Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich". It puts a mirror in your face but at the same time gives you all the tools your conscious mind needs to reach your dreams and make every day a Monday! Be well, live well!
