Are You Ready to Combat the Fat ?

If you studied the Resolution Report I shared recently, then
you know the # 2 New Year’s Resolution was to Lose Weight,
Get In Shape/Improve Health and Wellness.
What you may not know is that I too set a similar Goal
for 2008…
To be in the BEST shape of my entire life!
Is it possible for a person to achieve a higher level of
health and fitness at the age of 38 than he or she enjoyed
at the age of 18?
Absolutely. It’s never too late and it’s much easier than
you think.
Over the last few years, with the help of some of the world’s
foremost health and fitness coaches, I have finally begun to
assemble the pieces of the puzzle for achieving extraordinaryÂ
levels of health.
The truth is that in my childhood and throughout my 20’s I
enjoyed phenomenal levels of physical fitness. I was the
picture of perfect health (or so I thought). I had six
pack abs, ran 3-4 miles a day several days each week and
could eat anything I wanted.
But something happened over the past few years that caused
me to redefine true health.
My lifestyle began to change. I started writing books,
consulting on massive internet projects, my travel schedule
increased and so did the amount of time I spent sitting
at the computer.
My lifestyle change was accompanied by a metabolism change.
What I found was that I needed to learn some new health
strategies. I needed to make a concerted effort to learn
the right way to maintain healthy levels of physical fitness.
I also needed to learn how to improve my eating habits. I
will be sharing more details about that over the next couple
of weeks, but for now, here is what is important.
One thing every great Coach will tell you is that whenever
you want to reach the next level or create a breakthroughÂ
in any area, you should get a Coach. For me personally, while
healthy, I wanted to create a massive breakthrough in my
level of health and fitness.Â
And I have one rule- I only work with the very best.
So over the past few months, I have identified the absolute
BEST coaches, trainers, nutrition experts and health and
fitness leaders and I am going to be sharing with you the
strategies I have embraced to create my own breakthroughs
and achieve EXTRAordinary levels of vitality and energy.
